Thematic relevance

Within this project, VOJVODINA will focus on revitalizing traditional Stapar carpet patterns, engaging local youth and professional designers to create new culturally inspired products. The initiative builds on the region’s Strategy for the Development of Culture 2020-2029 and leverages VOJVODINA’s experience in EU-funded programs such as CCI4TOURISM, HERINFUTUR, ViCTour, and ARCHEODANUBE. Project activities include developing creative entrepreneurship, enhancing skills and competences, and applying innovative methods to preserve and promote intangible cultural heritage. By connecting heritage with modern tourism offerings, VOJVODINA aims to increase regional visibility, attract visitors, and strengthen economic, educational, and cultural capacities.
